5 of 5 Mastering Your Library Series: Bibles and Grammars November 18, 2012
Reviewer: [email protected] from Corpus Christi, TX United States
This webinar gives an excellent background detailing which Bible versions are more formal translations of the original languages and which are more of a thought for thought translation—and why both types are valuable. It explains the difference between Interlinear and Reverse Interlinear Bibles.  The Webinar gives us a clear understanding of how to use Logos’Passage Analysis and the Text Comparison. The Passage Analysis graphically displaying: how a Bible verse differs in various translations.  It utilizes five tools: Cluster Graph, Compare Pericopes, Word Tree, the Morph River and the Version River.
The Text Comparison gives the Bible student a direct side-by-side comparison of a verse  displayed in your favorite Bible versions.   These tools alone (the Passage Analysis and the Text Comparison) make this webinar a must have because they will make it easier to ensure that you are exegeting rather isogeting the text. I recommend you purchase this webinar.

5 of 5 5 for 5 of 5 (5 Stars for # 5 in a Series of 5) November 17, 2012
Reviewer: Donald Randolph from Scottsdale, AZ United States
Regardless of your version of Logos, this series (and, in particular, this Webinar) is essential for your library.  I have been using Logos for 10 years and this lesson gave me insight that improved what I thought was already the best setup.  How John is able to find improved ways to organize a library and save hours of time accessing the books is beyond me, but he does it.  Get this video and while you are at it, consider getting the set.  You will be impressed by the amount you will learn for less than the cost of dinner at a moderately priced restaurant.

5 of 5 John comes to the rescue November 10, 2012
Reviewer: Roger from Canada
Logos contains such a wide variety of language resources that it can be difficult if not impossible to know where to even begin using them in your study, especially if you are not a language scholar. John comes to the rescue with not only a list of the best Greek/Hebrew grammars and bibles (all languages) from Logos but how to begin using them effectively in your bible study. Before, it literally was "all Greek to me!", but now the fog clears and I am able to gain some insights into the bible passages with the help John provides in this easy-to-follow webinar. As a great bonus, John has put together some collection "rules" to make language searching and exploration that much quicker and easier.

Thanks again John, for helping to get the most out of our library of Logos resources!
